A is for Alibi ****

A Kinsey Millhone mystery by Sue Grafton. 1982. I listened to the narration by Mary Peiffer on Libby. Random House Audio. I like the unabridged version that ran about 8 hours. It is a revisit for me, as I've read it more than once. Grafton has a knack for getting the dialogue just right. That probably comes from working in Hollywood for fifteen years as a screen writer. She also worked in the medical field as a medical transcriptionist.

Just read that Steve Humphrey, her husband for forty years,  sold the rights to Sue Grafton's novels to A & E for television development, with himself as the producer.
